My #1 tool is the Bread Machine that I use weekly to bake fresh Gluten Free Bread. I recently upgraded to Zojirushi Bread machine with a Gluten Free Setting:

Some of our favorites are Chocolate Orange Bread, Multigrain, Cinnamon Cherry Pecan

Gluten Free Bread Recipes

Allergy-friendly recipes, such as bread recipes without using eggs, nuts and rice.

It includes Gluten Free Challah recipe, which tastes amazing.

It’s made from brown rice, quinoa, almond flour, tapioca and potato starch with honey.


BAKING MIXES

Bob’s Red Mill Pancake Mix is one of our favorites for pancakes and waffles
Cup 4 Cup muffin mix – I love making apple cinnamon muffins with this mix

Cup 4 Cup Gluten Free Flour
Cup for Cup flour is a great substitute for regular wheat flour. I use it to make crepes, and many other dishes
Gluten free brownie mix
Gluten Free Brownies – Gluten Free Pantry Chocolate Truffle Brownie Mix
After trying different mixes, this one is still one of my favorites. I’ve gotten many compliments on these.

GLUTEN FREE PIZZA

Gluten Free Truffle Mushroom Pizza from Feel Good Foods. It comes in an easy to bake individual container. You will not believe it’s gluten free when you try it, but it is.

Gluten Free Thick Crust Pizza from Feel Good Foods. It’s so hard to find a thick crust – Chicago style gluten free pizza that tastes so good.

Thin crust – Udi’s. Just put your favorite toppings and bake for 10 minutes

Kinnikinnick Pizza Crusts are thicker, square.

Pizza scissors cutter

This is one of my favorite kitchen gadgets. Sharp Pizza scissors make it so easy to cut it and serve. It’s much easier to use than my old pizza wheel and doesn’t destroy the toppings when you cut it.

Gluten free pasta from Italy - Bionaturae
Bionaturae – Gluten free penne pasta from Italy, made with rice, potato and soy. It doesn’t need rinsing, and keeps it’s texture during reheating. Tastes just as good or even better then regular wheat pasta
Jovial Gluten Free Bowtie Pasta
Jovial – Gluten Free Bowtie pasta (Farfalle). It’s hard to find gluten free pasta in bow tie shape. It’s made from brown rice, and keeps its texture during the reheating.

Bionaturae – Organic Gluten Free Spaghetti
Jovial Egg Pasta Gluten Free
We really like Jovial Egg Tagliatelle. It cooks fast, has great texture and tastes really good

GLUTEN FREE TORTILLAS

Gluten Free Tortillas

I really like these tortillas made with quinoa flour and avocado oil. They seem to resemble flour tortillas a lot. I really like the taste and texture of these. They are also vegan and kosher.
